Job summary

Assa Abloy BSP, a leading manufacturer and service provider of automatic doors and related hardware, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations, optimize materials flow, and ensure on-time project execution.

You will manage inventory, staging, receiving, dispatch, and safety compliance while coordinating with suppliers and site teams. A background in manufacturing, ERP software, and strong leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have at least one year of experience in cycle counting.
• Able to lift at least 110 lbs.
• ERP and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock audits.
• Prepare install materials and assist installers.
• Manage core returns and PPE.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage; coordinate dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Generate inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
