We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support door automation service for our customers. The coordinator will manage component inventory, maintain cycle counts, and assist with installations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cycle count schedule and update Baan with adjustments.
- Resolve discrepancies between Baan and physical inventory.
- Verify inventory locations and update as needed.
- Maintain inventory-by-location spreadsheet.
- Identify potential Bill of Material problems and forward information to Manufacturing Support.
- Perform receiving duties (forklift certification required).
- Verify accuracy of Baan inventory per Exception Report.
- Keep office and warehouse clean.
- Pickup and delivery of parts to job sites as necessary.
- Assist Installation Coordinator/Operations Manager as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Self‑motivated and eager to learn and improve processes.
- Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
- Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum one year of cycle counting experience.
- Proficient in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
- ERP/Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Minimum age 21 due to job‑related responsibilities.
- Must obtain and maintain AAADM certification within one year of employment.
