Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Florida is seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to lead warehouse operations, manage inventory, and optimize material flow for install projects. You will oversee staging, receiving, and dispatching, while ensuring safety and compliance on the manufacturing floor.

You will collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and provide timely reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing.
• Experience in cycle counting.
• Ability to lift at least 110 lbs.
• ERP/Microsoft Office experience.
• Team-oriented with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Prepare materials for install projects and assist installers.
• Manage core returns with various departments or vendors.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport to ensure timely deliveries.
• Generate inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Support deliveries and installations as needed.
