Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Warehouse Helper II to support daily warehouse operations. The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift operation, with certification preferred or the ability to obtain it.

Position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and working Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm, with occasional weekends as needed. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, packing, shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and shipping/receiving processes.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping accurately.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain inventory controls.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns promptly.
• Support general warehouse and yard operations as needed.

Position Summary

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (Weekends based on business need)

The Warehouse Helper II is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience , be certified or experienced in operating a forklift , and possess the physical ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.

• Load and unload trucks while maintaining proper inventory controls.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Assist with cycle counts, inventory management, and stock replenishment activities.

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

• Support general warehouse and yard operations as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment .

• Experience operating a forklift ; forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification.

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
