Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Warehouse Helper II to support daily operations in our warehouse. The role runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with weekends based on business need.

You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials, while safely operating a forklift and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and can follow OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred or eligible to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining proper inventory controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Helper II is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience , be certified or experienced in operating a forklift , and possess the physical ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
