Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and 5+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, or logistics.
• Previous experience leading, training, or coordinating the work of warehouse personnel.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse transactions in an ERP system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to material handlers to ensure consistent execution of warehouse processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines to support manufacturing schedules.

• Assist with shipping activities, including packing lists, staging, and shipment preparation.
• Report and Monitor material shortages and elevate issues that may impact production.
• Support implementation and sustainment of warehouse best practices, including FIFO, Kanban.
• Enforce safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Assist warehouse supervision with performance monitoring, training, and continuous improvement activities.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar inventory management systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control, FIFO, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
