Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines.
• Assign daily tasks and prioritize workloads based on operational requirements.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse locations.
• Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory investigations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and adherence to company procedures.
• Communicate operational issues and employee concerns to warehouse management.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Maintain clear aisles, safe storage practices, and proper housekeeping.
• Report accidents, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Ensure material handling equipment is used properly.
• Maintain warehouse organization and operational readiness.
• Communicate daily operational updates to management.
• Assist with tracking order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance.
• Support management with scheduling, staffing, and operational planning.

The Warehouse Lead serves as the primary on-the-floor leader, providing direction, oversight, and problem resolution to support operational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
