Qualifications

• You must have a minimum of one year experience as a warehouse worker.
• Experience using warehouse equipment and RF scanner is preferred.
• Ability to learn and perform all warehouse processes as needed.
• You should have two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to drive Powered Industrial Equipment is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between management and team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and provide feedback to Supervisor.
• Meet deadlines and goals established by the department supervisor.
• Provide feedback on strengths and development needs of team members.
• Lead by example and maintain consistency between words and actions.
• Monitor break schedules of employees and hold them accountable.
