Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units.
• Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Possession of CDL preferred if needed.

Responsibilities

• Make pickup arrangements for carrier or OTC shipping tools.
• Pull customer pick tickets accurately.
• Perform daily/weekly cycle counts.
• Stage kits for production.
• Assist in maintenance and trash disposal.
• Maintain inventory locations and accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts.
• Unpack and route shipments; handle defects and returns.
• Perform deliveries and pickups in company vehicle.
• Overtime as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
