Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Kentucky to read production orders, prepare shipments, and organize inventory. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load and unload items, and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, with ability to lift 50 lbs and adapt to multiple equipment. GEODIS offers safe, inclusive work environments and diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience or training.
• Experience using at least 4 warehouse devices.
• Familiarity with a Tier 1/2 WMS.
• Able to read simple instructions and memos.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to learn warehouse equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Reads schedules and orders to determine items to move and pack.
• Prepares products for shipment matching order specs.
• Sorts items by size, type, or code and places on racks or bins.
• Assembles customer orders and communicates with packing/shipping.
• Loads and unloads materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
