Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC in Texas is seeking a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks in our warehouse, keeping operations organized and efficient. You will move products, load trucks, assist with loading, palletize, and help with maintenance and cleaning while following safety policies and providing strong customer service. This role requires reading/writing English; forklift experience is preferred, a valid U.S. driver’s license is required, and Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation is preferred.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Spanish language is a valuable skill at Helena.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks.
• Assist the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Hang super sacks for loading.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Provide general maintenance assistance.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
• May operate a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leader.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
