Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks at our location, helping keep the facility organized and operating smoothly in a warehouse/outdoor setting. The role involves moving products, loading trucks, assisting with bulk loading, lifting bags, stacking pallets, cleaning, and delivering strong customer service while adhering to safety policies.

English literacy is required; forklift experience is a plus, and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Forklift operation preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required to drive a Helena vehicle.
• Applicants for positions requiring operation of a moving vehicle or interaction with heavy equipment must meet legal age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks.
• Assist the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Hangs super sacks for loading.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Provide general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Operate a company vehicle if required.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
