Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks at our Collierville location, supporting warehouse operations and loading duties. The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and good customer service for both internal and external customers.

You will move products, load trucks, assist with bulk loading, organize pallets, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all company policies and procedures. -

Qualifications

• Forklift operation preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Spanish language communication valued at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required to drive a company vehicle.
• Must meet driving requirements to operate Helena vehicle.
• Must meet legal age requirement for vehicle operation.
• Drug test and background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks.
• Assist the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Hang super sacks for loading.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Provide general maintenance and cleaning.
• Operate a company vehicle if required.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
