Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks at the facility to keep operations organized and efficient. The role involves moving products, loading trucks, and assisting with loading bulk materials while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work in a warehouse/outdoor environment, with exposure to noise, weather, and heavy equipment.

Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation preferred.
• Must read, write and speak in English.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for interaction with a diverse team.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required to drive Helena vehicles.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks and assist Blender Operator with bulk loads.
• Hang super sacks for loading and stack products on pallets.
• Provide general maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Operate a Helena vehicle if required while following safety rules.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain reliable and regular attendance and follow company policies.
