Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks in a warehouse environment to keep operations smooth at our Sharon, TN location. Responsibilities include moving products, loading trucks, stacking pallets, helping with repairs, cleaning, and customer service for internal and external customers.

The role requires English literacy, a valid U.S. driver's license, and safety-conscious behavior; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.
• Forklift operation is preferred.
• Read, write and speak English is required.
• Spanish language ability is valuable at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required to drive Helena vehicles.
• Positions involving moving vehicles or heavy equipment require meeting legal age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Moves products within the facility.
• Loads trucks.
• Assists the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Stacks products on pallets.
• Provides general assistance in repair maintenance.
• Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
• May operate a company vehicle.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Reliable and regular attendance is required.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
