Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate and efficient operations in a SQF-compliant facility. The role involves receiving, picking, shipping, and maintaining impeccable inventory integrity, with forklift operation and adherence to safety standards.

You will support the field as needed, participate in regular cycle counts, and use WMS and JDE for data accuracy. This wage is $20.25–$21.25 per hour and the position is on site in Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in warehouse or inventory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and ship orders on time and error-free.
• Operate forklifts and other MHE to load/unload and optimize storage.
• Verify inventory accuracy through system checks and audits.
• Conduct full inventories and weekly cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
• Follow safety rules and keep the warehouse clean and secure.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to maintain inventory security and cleanliness.
