Family Center Farm & Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, forklift operation, and inventory handling. Qualifications

Experience operating warehouse equipment and following safety protocols.
Proficient in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with basic inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve items.
Accurately pick and pack orders according to shipping instructions.
Construct and organize skids to store and transport products.
Move materials to and from locations within the warehouse.
Process incoming shipments by inspecting and verifying items against purchase orders or packing lists.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
