Job summary

Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our Riverside Distribution Center as an Order Filler. You will pick, process, and prepare merchandise for shipment to store locations, using RF scanning equipment and maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:35 PM in a fast-paced warehouse. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds, adhering to safety standards, and being adaptable to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Subject to E-Verify.
• Pass a physical, drug and alcohol test.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds with accommodation.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull and stoop.
• Climb stairs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be flexible for same-day overtime.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, select, and fulfill store orders using RF scanning equipment.
• Process merchandise efficiently to meet order fulfillment and shipping deadlines.
• Verify product quantities and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
