Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to handle receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, picking, and data entry in a fast-paced distribution center. You will direct and control warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and help dispatch goods while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires performing routine clerical tasks, updating stock records, and following procedures to meet quality and service goals with a focus on timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, stocking, picking and loading/unloading merchandise.
• Ability to enter data into stock systems and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and check for damage or discrepancies.
• Sort, label and store goods to optimize warehouse space.
• Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods per requests or orders.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as required.
• Enter stock data into the system and respond to inventory inquiries.
