Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking warehouse associates for multiple roles within our facility. You may work as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, with the possibility of being moved between roles as needed to meet daily goals.

We emphasize safety, teamwork, and reliability in a high-volume warehouse environment, with a pay-for-performance structure and opportunities for both full-time and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic.
• Inclusive approach to colleagues and customers to foster collaboration.
• Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and maintain safe work practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker duties: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely.
• Restocker duties: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves.
• Bulk Selector duties: select product, pull and pack totes, and stock product.
• Custodian duties: clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness.
• Occasionally move into any of the above roles as needed.
