Job summary

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Greenville, SC to perform general warehouse tasks, operate forklift and other tools, and manage inbound/outbound shipments. You will count, pack, label, and record materials, assist with cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires flexibility for overtime and a professional, safety-minded approach. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, packing shipments, managing bin locations, and maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.
• Experience operating power tools including cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Previous material handling experience required.
• Must know how to properly operate a forklift.
• Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal DB tracking system, dollies and carts.
• PC savvy with MS Office programs.
• Excellent customer service, professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker and other power tools.
• Assist in handling materials from receiving to designated bin locations.
• Facilitate outbound shipments using proper packing methods and third-party services.
• Fulfill orders for shipment via will call, delivery, or install.
• Allocate products to racks, shelves or bins by size, type, brand or code.
• Assist weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Navigate computer systems to perform duties.
• Record shipment data including weight, charges and space availability.
• Receive and unpack materials and supplies.
• Report damages and discrepancies for reimbursement or re-shipment.
• Maintain logs of all shipments, outgoing and incoming.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
• Complete CBPS safety training and equipment handling procedures.
