NWA Auto and Fleet Supply, Inc. d.b.a. NAPA Auto Parts in Springdale, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse and delivery operations running smoothly. You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, loading vehicles, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork; candidates should be detail oriented, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts handling preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and match part numbers, quantities and store numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, stock, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Pick and stage parts and products for transfers and deliveries.
• Load delivery and shuttle vehicles according to routes and store destinations.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and destinations before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and organization.
• Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
