Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill daily customer orders within our distribution facility. You will perform distribution tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic English, math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 150 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds.
• Occasional pallet jack operation.
• Flexible schedule is a plus.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, and related tasks.
• Operate a pallet jack to move product when required.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values.
• Interact with supervisors and work groups for task coordination.
• Provide input for continuous improvements to the distribution process.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
