Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including accurate order fulfillment, product handling, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform pick/pack, kitting, loading/unloading, quality checks, safety compliance, and teamwork to meet daily productivity goals.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of general work experience; familiarity with pallet jacks and basic math is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or minimum relevant experience.
• At least six months of general work experience.
• Ability to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, and prepare products for customer orders, including case picking and kitting.
• Assist with e-commerce and value-added service (VAS) order processing.
• Load and unload products as needed to support daily operations.
• Perform visual quality checks to verify correct products, quantities, and packaging requirements.
• Identify and report defects, damages, or missing inventory to management.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
