Job summary

Innowave Marketing Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse, inventory, and freight operations. The role combines hands-on duties with administrative tasks and requires experience with NetSuite ERP/WMS.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on their feet all day. The position reports to Warehouse Management and offers full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar for inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Strong understanding of freight operations, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving and shipping transactions in NetSuite.
• Generate shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stage and organize products for storage and distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices as needed.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, freight brokers, and transportation providers.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Review freight documentation and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
• Assist with freight claims and carrier-related issues.
• Ensure all freight is processed accurately and efficiently.
