Job summary

Innowave Marketing Group LLC in Worcester, MA is seeking a motivated Warehouse Logistics Associate with freight, shipping, receiving and inventory management experience to join our distribution team.

This full-time role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy in NetSuite, and supporting process improvements while developing leadership skills for future supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, freight, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience.
• Hands-on experience coordinating LTL, FTL, parcel, and common-carrier freight shipments.
• Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar for receiving, shipping, inventory transactions, and order fulfillment.
• Understanding of freight documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and carrier paperwork.
• Strong inventory accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, inventory control, and cycle counting procedures.
• Experience leading projects, training employees, or serving as a team lead.
• Lean, continuous improvement, or process improvement experience.

Responsibilities
