Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring Warehouse Freezer Stand Up Operators in East Point, GA. This fast-paced role requires standing on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and operating a stand-up forklift in a sub-zero environment.

You will rotate stock using FIFO, monitor freezer temps, and ensure accurate receiving, loading, and packing. A high school diploma or GED is required; one+ year warehouse experience and certification tests may be needed. OT is available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience operating a forklift in a freezer or cold storage.
• Must pass a site equipment certification test and a pallet counting assessment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in sub-zero freezer conditions with appropriate gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift in a cold storage/freezer warehouse.
• Monitor and record daily freezer temperatures and equipment gauges.
• Receive, load, unload, pick, and pack frozen inventory accurately.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and update inventory in the WMS/scan guns.
• Keep aisles clear, wear safety gear, and report issues immediately.
• Complete all freight assignments before leaving for the day.

Schedule: 1st (6a - 2:30p) 2nd (2:30p - 10:30p) + OT as needed
