Staffmark Group in Lakeville, MN is hiring Order Processors for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will pick, pack, label customer orders, process inbound shipments, and manage stock with WMS accuracy.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience (high-reach preferred), ability to read instructions, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail. Training on first shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) will be provided before rotating to 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Operate forklifts (high-reach up to 50 ft) and automated storage systems.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in warehouse systems.

Pay Rate: $22.75 per hour

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Will train on the 1st shift for a week (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating forklifts (including high-reach preferred)
• Ability to read instructions and use measuring tools
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 20-50 lbs regularly; team lift up to 150 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Operate forklifts at heights up to 50 feet
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions

You will be expected to:

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately
• Process inbound shipments and store materials properly
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Operate equipment including forklifts (high-reach up to 50 ft) and automated storage systems
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping documentation (BOLs, manifests)
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in warehouse systems
• Ensure equipment is maintained and used safely
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
