Job summary

Automation Personnel Services seeks an experienced Foreman to lead daily shop operations, supervise employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, experience managing teams, and the ability to oversee workflow, inventory, and project execution.

Pay rate is $32 per hour with full-time, temporary status and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• Experience leading shop, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to quality control and production standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, materials, and project resources.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Pay Rate

Schedule and Hours
M-Th 7am -5:30 pm
