Schedule
Monday to Friday – 8‑hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Sheet Metal Foreman include
- Planning & Administration – plans, assigns, and schedules pipe‑fitting jobs based on priorities and resource availability
- Equipment & Materials – orders materials, equipment, and supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, and stores) site deliveries
- Field Supervision – ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations
- Job Site Presence – ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings
- Project Manager Collaboration – ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication between the field and office
Qualified candidates will have
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the sheet metal trade
- Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittalsAbility to lay out and create simple drawings
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
