Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Diversity-friendly environment and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with performance guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle routine warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
