Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators in Minooka, Illinois. You will work in a clean, organized facility, operating forklifts and supporting a safe, efficient supply chain environment.

USA-based positions offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), paid training, PTO from month one, and employee discounts. Candidates should have a forklift license and able to work a flexible schedule in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work flexible schedules across shifts.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Adhere to safety standards and performance measures of the contract.
