Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Morris, IL is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our team. You will operate a stand-up forklift, work with food products, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse in a dynamic distribution environment.

This position offers weekly pay, paid training, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee discounts. Shifts include Sundays through Wednesdays with OT, and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation.
• Audit and staging of products, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse setting (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for the automated packing system during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
