Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse experience, a valid forklift license, and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform duties within contract performance guidelines and participate in continuous improvement.
