Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a forklift driver onsite in Indianapolis to ensure inventory is accurately managed and placed in optimal locations for efficient distribution.

The role requires operation of power equipment, adherence to standard work instructions, and collaboration with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies. Overtime may be required, and SAP or RF scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately put away, count, or replenish products per system direction
• Follow Standard Work Instruction to mitigate loss
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to resolve inventory and order issues
• Continuously improve processes for accurate and timely product delivery
• Operate power equipment safely and proficiently
• Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking efficiency and space utilization
• Occasionally assist Facilities with movement of boxes
