Qualifications

• Must pass drug and physical screening.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and complete certification.
• Must be capable of physical demands including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform stocking activities.
• Load and unload trucks and report unsafe conditions.
• Sign out forklift after completing safety checklist.

Certification as an equipment operator
