Job summary

Ingram Content Group (ICG) in La Vergne, TN is hiring forklift Associates to join the Operations team. You will operate a forklift, use RF scanners, move stock, and support daily warehouse tasks.

This role requires certification or eligibility, physical fitness to lift up to 70 lbs, and a commitment to safety. Benefits start day one, with medical plans, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 8:30pm to 7:00am; Pay starts at $19.50/hr with a $2.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Certification as equipment operator or eligible for certification.
• 1 year work experience in at least one previous job.
• 6 months' experience including lifting, standing, bending, reaching, and other warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and uses RF scanner for stocking activities.
• Moves stock as assigned.
• Signs out forklift after completing a daily safety checklist.
• Reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Stacks product onto/off pallets repeatedly during shift.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
