Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Random Lake, WI is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. The role requires operating forklifts safely, loading/unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include completing shipping/receiving docs, ensuring proper product rotation, and adhering to GMPs and quality standards. Overtime may be required to meet schedules and customer demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience; food & beverage industry preferred.
• Experience with aluminum cans preferred.
• Forklift certification by Krier Foods, Inc. before operating company forklift.
• Must read and comprehend instructions in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration.
• Food Safety Training (Qualified Individual) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and per SOPs.
• Wear and maintain PPE at all times.
• Follow SOPs for loading, unloading, and freight receiving.
• Move, stage and store products accurately.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation on time.
• Ensure proper product rotation per procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Adhere to customer specs, quality standards, and regulations.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
