Green Bay Packaging is hiring a Forklift Operator in Wisconsin. You will transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires OSHA-compliant forklift certification and sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, moving palletized items, following schedules, and coordinating with production and shipping teams to support on-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Basic math, reading and communication skills; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, WIP, and finished goods safely across the facility.
• Load/unload shipments and move palletized products in warehouse.
• Inspect loads for stability and safe transport; maintain clean work area.
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections per OSHA and safety rules.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet goals.
