Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula, for our Oak Creek, WI warehouse. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment to move, store, and stage goods, maintaining safety and GMP standards in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move and store goods.
• Verify incoming freight and place in correct slots.
• Replenish pick slots and maintain accurate inventory data.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance in daily tasks.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and equipment checks.
