Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator in Jacksonville, Florida.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

• Hourly Pay $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle for travel within the area (~25-50%)
• Strong technical aptitude: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, WMS system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Additional qualifications:

• One or more years of warehouse or industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet Ryder's driving qualifications

Responsibilities include:

• Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Accurate handling of paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems
• Other duties as assigned
