Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $16.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record, personal vehicle, and be willing to travel within the area approximately 25-50% of the time
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Additional Requirements

• At least 1 year of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision
• High initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexible schedule availability
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Manage warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
