Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Management Attendant in Oxford, Mississippi.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

  • Hourly Pay: $16.50 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a motor vehicle check
  • Comfortable using a computer (AT&T data entry)
  • Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to manage multiple store locations
  • Good customer service skills

Additional Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift operator's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Dependable, punctual, with a good attendance record
  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision
  • High initiative and accuracy under pressure
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Work safely and flexibly on various shifts
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Responsibilities:
  • Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
  • Follow performance measurement guidelines
  • Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
  • Handle warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
  • Support automated packing systems during core production hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
