We seek the right Warehouse Associate to join Ryder and work in the safest supply chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

• Products handled include inbound items such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, and anchors.
• Equipment used includes stand-up and sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and WMS system entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Additional Requirements

• One or more years of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment
• Dependability and punctuality
• Ability to perform tasks with high accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Manage warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, bills of lading)
• Support automated packing systems during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
