Base pay range

$39,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Description

Our Warehouse Forklift Operators skillfully maneuver industrial powered equipment to support Publix Distribution's operations. They move cases and pallets, replenish pick locations, rotate inventory, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. They may also fill in for other roles as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Complete a Work Attitude Survey
• Obtain forklift and pallet truck certification before start date
• Lift at least 67 pounds, up to 85 pounds in some areas
• Sit or stand for long periods
• Bend, stoop, twist, and operate equipment safely within the operator compartment
• Stack products of varying weights
• Work under strict time constraints
• Read, write, verify numbers, and follow instructions

Year-End Bonus
