Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Miamisburg, OH. The role offers $20.00 per hour on the 1st shift (7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Mon–Fri). You will safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED preferred and hands-on forklift experience. Training on RF scanners/WMS is a plus; safety and reliability are emphasized.

Looking for Warehouse Forklift Operator jobs in Miamisburg where your equipment skills keep warehouse operations moving? This opportunity lets you safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts and tow motors to move and organize materials.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks and incoming shipments.
• Learn to measure and cut carpet, vinyl, and flooring materials.
• Assist with inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Hands-on forklift operating experience REQUIRED!
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
