Job summary

Staffmark Group in Springboro, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to move, load, and unload materials and prepare shipments. This role requires forklift experience and reliable attendance, with a 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday schedule.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• 1-2 years Shipping/Receiving and processing returns experience required
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to work overtime when available
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Worker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
