Staffmark Group in Dayton, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM) at a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. This position supports warehouse operations by safely transporting materials, moving inventory, and helping maintain efficient facility flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, and organize inventory within the warehouse.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility by mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, removing trash, and performing routine housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure conference rooms, common areas, windows, and other facility spaces remain clean, professional, and ready for daily use.
• Support inventory organization and material handling activities while following all company safety procedures.
• Deliver parts and materials to local job sites using a company vehicle and assist installation teams with transportation needs.
• Perform additional warehouse and facility support duties as assigned.

• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and warehouse duties for extended periods.
