Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Fork Lift Operator to join an agricultural and warehouse operations team in Woodhull, IL. This role supports safe, accurate material movement with a strong safety mindset and accuracy in inventory processes.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, performing inspections, using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track goods, and assisting with loading/unloading during peak seasons. Rotating shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience and 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift certification is preferred (certification may be required depending on role requirements).
• Ability to count accurately when moving inventory and read scales.
• Comfort working with and reading a computer to complete job tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written English, work independently or as part of a team, and operate safely in tighter, confined spaces.

Our client, an agricultural and warehouse operations team, is seeking a Fork Lift Operator to join their team. As a Fork Lift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations group supporting safe, accurate, and efficient material movement. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work with warehouse technology to keep inventory moving smoothly.

Job Title: Fork Lift Operator

Pay Range: $21/hour

Shift: Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), up to 10-12 hour/day per shift. Shift possibilities: Sunday–Thursday, Saturday–Friday. 12-hour shifts with a 2-3-2 rotation depending on season (typically October–April). Shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts.
