Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for the YORK, PA-area logistics operation. The role supports production and distribution teams by safely handling materials and maintaining accurate records.

You will operate high reach and cherry picker forklifts, load/unload in a fast-paced warehouse, and participate in physical counts. The position offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a focus on safety and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift operating experience.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and perform safety inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer usage and documentation.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Location: York, PA and surrounding areas

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hr (depending on shift and experience)

Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
